Delightful and versatile meatballs made with ground chicken, fresh spinach, and crumbled feta cheese, perfect for appetizers or main dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients for meatball mixture in a large bowl, mixing well.
  2. Prep the skillet by preheating it over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Sauté the meatballs in the skillet for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with tzatziki, pasta, or a salad.
