A comforting dish of juicy chicken breasts enveloped in a rich and creamy cheese sauce, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate to rest.
  5. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream (or milk) and stir gently for a minute.
  7. Add the shredded cheese to the pan and stir until melted.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the cheese sauce over it. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, try different cheese blends or sprinkle with crushed red pepper for a kick. Store leftovers for up to 3 days in the fridge.
