Grilled chicken breasts marinated in a vibrant chimichurri sauce made with fresh herbs, garlic, and a touch of heat.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts with half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Serve the chicken drizzled with the remaining chimichurri sauce on top.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor and adjust the marination time to intensify the flavors.
