A delightful fusion of chocolate chip cookies and fudgy brownies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Creaming together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
  5. Divide the dough in half, mixing one half with the brownie mix and water.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough and brownie batter onto a baking sheet, alternating to create a marbled effect.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each dollop.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
