Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the mayonnaise, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
