A nostalgic dessert combining layers of graham crackers, vanilla pudding, and chocolate ganache, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whisk the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Assemble the base layer with graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
  6. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with graham crackers.
  7. Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan and add chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  8. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla extract to enhance the ganache.
  9. Pour the ganache over the top layer of graham crackers.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Add fresh berries or drizzle with caramel for serving. Can be made a day ahead.
