Delicious and easy-to-make Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars that combine creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined, creating a sticky and sweet base for your bars.
  2. Press the Mixture: Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 8×8 inch baking dish. Make sure it’s evenly distributed to ensure each bar holds its shape once set.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Take your time here; the slower you go, the creamier the chocolate will be.
  4. Pour and Spread: Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly. Allow the goodness to flow and cover every inch of that peanut butter base!
  5. Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. This step is crucial for firming up the bars so they can be easily cut and enjoyed.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars and serve. You can also sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top for that perfect sweet and salty contrast.

Notes
