  • 2 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon to crispy perfection in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then let drain on paper towels before chopping.
  2. Sauté the diced chicken breasts in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and drain any excess fat.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken and beef in the skillet. Add the crispy chopped bacon and stir to mix.
  5. Add the ranch dressing and stir until well-coated, simmering for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Prepare the hoagie rolls by slicing them in half lengthwise.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches with the meat mixture, topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
