Ingredients

  • 12 cups popcorn
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup colorful candy (e.g., M&Ms, holiday-themed candies)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn. Start by popping your popcorn using your preferred method.
  2. Melt the butter and marshmallows. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Combine the popcorn and marshmallow mixture. Carefully pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
  4. Add chocolate chips and colorful candy. Toss them in and stir gently.
  5. Press the mixture into a bundt pan. Grease the pan and firmly press the mixture down.
  6. Allow to cool for 2 hours. Let the cake set and cool completely.
  7. Release and serve. Invert the bundt pan to release the cake and slice to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Customize with different candies or flavors as desired.
