A delightful casserole that captures the flavors of traditional cinnamon rolls in a shareable, easy-to-make dish, perfect for brunch or special family breakfasts.

  • 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Cream cheese icing (from the cinnamon rolls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters, spreading evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set in the center and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool slightly, then drizzle with cream cheese icing before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top before baking. Feel free to add diced apples or blueberries for seasonal variations.
