A delightful breakfast dish that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and French toast in a casserole form, perfect for family gatherings and brunches.

  • 1 can cinnamon rolls
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl, then pour over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and maple syrup until smooth, then dollop on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
