A delicious and simple Clam Pasta filled with fresh flavors of garlic, butter, and clams, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Fresh clams
  • Garlic
  • White wine
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Pasta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Simmer white wine and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cook the clams covered until they open, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the clam sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh clams. Pair with a green salad and a chilled glass of white wine.
