A nostalgic classic club sandwich featuring crispy bacon, tender turkey, and fresh veggies layered between toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 23 slices of turkey or chicken
  • 23 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 slices of lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomato, turkey or chicken, and bacon on the first slice of bread.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  5. Repeat the layering process on top of the second slice, if desired.
  6. Finish with the third slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
