Delightful coconut domes coated in rich dark chocolate, creating a perfect blend of textures and flavors.

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded coconut, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well until the coconut is evenly coated.
  2. Shape the mixture into dome-shaped balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  4. Dip each frozen coconut dome into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Chill the chocolate-covered domes in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens, about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy your elegant dessert!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can freeze the chocolate domes with parchment paper between layers.
