Nostalgic bars combining sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and coconut for a deliciously sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and shredded coconut, then pour evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top of the filling.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be refrigerated for a longer shelf life.
