A delightful breakfast that combines the nostalgia of cookie dough with the nutrition of overnight oats.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (or cacao nibs)
  • 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1 scoop your favorite vegan protein powder

Instructions

  1. Gather the dry ingredients: rolled oats, chia seeds, vegan chocolate chips, and protein powder.
  2. Add the creamy peanut or almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and dairy-free milk.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Divide the mixture between bowls or containers and cover.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
