A delightful homage to the beloved Big Mac, these sliders are perfect for parties or cozy nights in, offering a blend of savory meat, creamy sauces, and crunchy toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • 4 slices of American cheese
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Big Mac sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and spices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the beef.
  4. Prepare the bottom halves of the slider buns on a sheet pan.
  5. Layer the cooked beef onto the buns, followed by the cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
  6. Add the Big Mac sauce over the toppings.
  7. Cap the sliders with the top halves of the buns.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  9. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
