Transform simple cottage cheese into crunchy, cheesy chips that satisfy your snack cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal or almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the cornmeal (or almond flour) and stir until well blended.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into thin circles on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool the chips before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-crisp in the oven if necessary.
