Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat until it’s nice and hot.
  2. Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Season both sides of your steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the steaks on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  6. Top each steak with a generous dollop of cowboy butter before serving.

Notes

Don’t skip the resting step! It ensures a juicy steak. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
