A vibrant and delicious blend of fresh strawberries and spicy jalapeños that makes for the perfect summer condiment.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 12 jalapeños, diced (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped strawberries, diced jalapeños, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, lime juice, and black pepper in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Cool the mixture after removing it from heat.
