Irresistible burgers full of flavor and perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a couple of minutes if desired.
  6. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

Don’t overwork the meat and let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
