This creamy, cheesy crack chicken is a comforting dish perfect for family dinners or potlucks, combining tender chicken with rich cream cheese and savory ranch seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks when cooked.
  6. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low.
  8. Serve topped with green onions.
