A savory slow-cooked dish of chicken, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning that brings comfort and joy to any table.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 2 green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Assemble the Chicken Base: In a slow cooker, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
  2. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and cooked bacon, stirring until melted.
  6. Serve topped with green onions.

Notes

For variations, add diced jalapeños for heat or spinach for a nutrient boost. Serve over rice or in taco shells for a twist.
