A delightful Mexican-inspired dish featuring tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, cheddar, and spices.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice pockets into each chicken breast.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, taco seasoning, and green chilies in a bowl.
  3. Stuff 1/4 of the mixture into each chicken breast pocket and seal.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
