A comforting Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole filled with creamy goodness and savory flavors, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the cream cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture, followed by the meat sauce, and then the remaining spaghetti in a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Try adding crushed red pepper flakes for a hint of spice or substituting marinara with Alfredo for different flavors.
