Delicious airy cream puffs filled with whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine water and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  8. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  9. Once the puffs are cool, cut them open and fill with whipped cream.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
