A delicious and comforting casserole featuring crispy hashbrowns, creamy goodness, and ooey-gooey cheese, perfect for family gatherings or anytime cravings.

  • 1 package Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Combine the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese (reserve some for topping), diced onions, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Transfer the hashbrown mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly and topping with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free cream of chicken soup.
