  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and broccoli florets, cooking until the broccoli is tender and bright green, roughly 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, letting it bubble and thicken slightly for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked penne and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring well to coat everything in the cream sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately while warm.

Notes
