A comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a velvety garlic-butter cream sauce, served over fluffy rotini pasta.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and slice into strips.
  6. Add heavy cream to the same skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine cooked rotini and sliced chicken with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Chicken thighs can be used for richer flavor. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
