Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken: Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  3. Set aside the chicken: Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms: In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.

  6. Return chicken to the skillet: Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish: Garnish with parsley before serving.
