  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, season generously with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and let it cook for another minute until aromatic.
  4. Add the rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream—stir together and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender.
  6. Fold in the Parmesan cheese and frozen peas, cooking until heated through and creamy.
