A comforting dish featuring perfectly cooked pasta enveloped in a rich, creamy spinach sauce with garlic and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, and combine well.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over the pasta, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
