Creamy yogurt and rich cream cheese blend with crunchy pistachios in these no-bake dessert bars, perfect for warm afternoons or gatherings.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • Extra pistachios for topping
  • Additional honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the Cream Cheese: In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt and half of the honey, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Incorporate the Pistachios: Stir in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed in the creamy mix.
  4. Pour and Spread: Carefully pour the yogurt mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly, ensuring every bite has that luscious flavor.
  5. Chill for Firmness: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once set, cut into bars and serve them up! Top with extra pistachios and a swirl of honey before serving for that extra touch of elegance.
