A delightful creamy soft serve that captures the essence of summer with fresh strawberries and a rich, velvety texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup coconut cream or heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries, coconut cream, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth in a blender.
  2. Freeze the mixture in a container for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
  3. Soften the soft serve at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  4. Scoop the soft serve into bowls and enjoy, optionally garnished with fresh strawberry slices.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for about a week. Thaw slightly before serving.
