Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  2. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until soft and fragrant—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet until nicely browned, about 5 to 7 minutes, and drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in the drained tomatoes and milk, bringing everything to a simmer.
  5. Melt in the Velveeta cheese cubes, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Combine with the cooked pasta, ensuring it’s coated in the cheesy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the pasta warm and enjoy with family!
