A rich and creamy vodka pasta sauce that transforms simple ingredients into a luxurious dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Pasta of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your culinary haven by heating olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it’s glistening.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and let them simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add vodka and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
