A stunning dessert that combines the rich flavors of crème brûlée with the creamy texture of cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a solid base.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy—about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before transferring to the fridge. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set fully.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top. Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until golden and crispy.

Notes

Serve with fresh berries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added decadence.
