Deliciously crunchy and healthy chickpeas made in the air fryer, perfect for snacking or as a salad topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the chickpeas in a colander and dry them thoroughly.
  3. Combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Toss the chickpeas to coat them evenly with the seasonings.
  5. Arrange the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
