Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes made in an air fryer, seasoned with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or parsley)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the potatoes by slicing them evenly and placing them in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together to coat the potatoes evenly.
  5. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish or snack!

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for even slices, and feel free to experiment with different spices and herbs.
