Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Slice each potato into wedges, aiming for even sizes.
  4. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
