Delightful cheesecake bombs that combine creamy cheesecake and airy cotton candy, all encased in a crispy shell.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cotton candy
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Crispy shells (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cotton candy until smooth.
  2. Form the cheesecake mixture into small balls and refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).
  3. Melt white chocolate and dip the chilled cheesecake balls, then roll them in crushed graham crackers.
  4. Place the coated cheesecake bombs in the crispy shells.
  5. Chill the assembled cheesecake bombs in the fridge until set (about 1 hour).

Notes

These cheesecake bombs are best enjoyed fresh. Can be made a day in advance.
