A quick and delightful dish of crispy air-fried gnocchi, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) packaged potato gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the packaged gnocchi in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the gnocchi and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper and toss again.
  5. Transfer the seasoned gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Carefully remove the gnocchi from the air fryer and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding panko breadcrumbs with the seasonings. Feel free to adapt the seasonings to your taste.
