  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs (like oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 soft tortillas

Instructions

  1. Whisk the marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the chicken breast in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred.
  3. Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
  4. Toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and layer them with the lettuce mixture, sliced chicken, shaved Parmesan, and cracked black pepper.
  6. Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
