Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
