A hearty and creamy dish featuring tender chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker, evenly spread out.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Dollop the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until combined.
  7. Serve on its own or over rice, garnished with sliced green onions.
