  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  4. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and slightly golden.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve with whipped cream.
