A warm and flavorful meal featuring juicy chicken, fluffy rice, and creamy tzatziki sauce, all baked together for a hassle-free dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, chicken pieces, tzatziki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, mixing well.
  4. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This dish can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
