A light and flavorful air fryer dish that brings succulent cod fillets to your dinner table in just 17 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Coat both sides of the cod fillets with the mixture.
  4. Arrange the cod fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Great with a side salad, steamed vegetables, or served over rice. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
