Enjoy bite-sized perfection with these mini Big Mac sliders, filled with savory beef, creamy sauce, and fresh toppings.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  4. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked ground beef, followed by a slice of cheese, lettuce, and pickles on the bun halves.
  6. Spread the Big Mac sauce on top of the ingredients.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm as appetizers or a quick dinner.

Notes

For a spicy twist, use pepper jack cheese or add hot sauce to the Big Mac sauce. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days.
