  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions
